Our spacious and versatile Training Room offers a professional setting for up to 40 guests, with flexible layouts to suit everything from corporate training and team meetings to community groups, fitness classes and presentations. Equipped with a 75-inch interactive touchscreen display, free high-speed Wi-Fi and convenient on-site parking, the venue provides everything you need for a productive and successful event in a stunning lakeside location. ​

Lake View Meeting Room
Perfect for smaller meetings and team discussions, our Lake View Meeting Room accommodates up to 12 people in a professional boardroom layout. Overlooking the stunning waters of Manvers Lake, the room offers a bright and inspiring environment for meetings, interviews, strategy sessions and client presentations. Facilities include a 75-inch presentation screen and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Water-Based Training
One of the unique benefits of hiring a room at Manvers Lake is the opportunity to combine classroom-based learning with practical on-water training.
​
For organisations delivering accredited water-based training, such as water rescue courses, paddlesport coaching, or other specialist aquatic training, launch access to Manvers Lake can be booked in conjunction with your room hire.

Please note that lake access is only available to suitably qualified and insured organisations, and documentation relating to qualifications, insurance, and risk assessments may be required prior to approval.
On-site parking
There is a car parking machine which charges between £2 to £4 for the full day.
Drinks & Food
Hot water flasks and drinking water can be provided on request either as a welcome drink or for a full day. We have a takeaway cafe on-site which can provide sausage / bacon sandwiches as well as other drinks and snacks or we can also provide breaksfast sandwiches or a buffet if preferred.
