Room hire at the Boathouse is ideal for water based training or small conferences, meetings and seminars away from your normal workplace. Situated in a relaxed environment, located in a semi-rural location on the edge of Manvers Lake near Doncaster, Rotherham and Barnsley and is in easy reach of both the M1 and A1 with ample on-site parking.
Our large room (8 x 9m) is perfect for any event, whether it's a business meeting, training course, fitness class, function or larger conferences. Our scenic location next to the lake is a perfect spot for relaxation during breaks.

It can accommodate up to 40 people and can be setup in various configurations or left empty. It has its own entrance off our car park and accessible W.C. next door.

The room is equipped with a 75” Smart touchscreen monitor and is fully equipped with Wifi.

Drinks & Food
Hot water flasks and drinking water can be provided on request either as a welcome drink or for a full day. We have a takeaway cafe on-site which can provide sausage / bacon sandwiches as well as other drinks and snacks or we can also provide breaksfast sandwiches or a buffet if preferred.
